By using SendLog ("the App") you agree to these Terms.
SendLog is a rock climbing tracking tool for logging climbs, training, and projects. Additional features may be added over time.
Cloud sync requires Apple Sign-In. You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy). The App works fully offline without signing in.
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data, or upload malicious or infringing content.
When you contribute content (route information, photos, descriptions):
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Climbing is inherently dangerous. SendLog is a logging tool only — never rely on it for safety decisions. Always verify conditions independently.
To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the App (currently zero).
We may update these Terms. The App will prompt you to review and accept any new version before continuing to use cloud sync.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, crash data, or use cookies or tracking.
Your data is processed by Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud) as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement. All data is stored in the EU (europe-west1), encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data.
Under GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, or object to processing of your data. Use the in-app features ("Export CSV", "Delete My Account") or contact us at support@sendlog.at.
You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
iOS: Server-side data is permanently deleted. Local data remains on your device and the app continues in local-only mode. Uninstall the app to remove local data.
Web: Server-side data is permanently deleted. You are signed out.
We may update this policy. The App will prompt you to review and accept any new version before continuing to use cloud sync.
This app requires Apple Sign-In for cloud sync and is not directed at children under 14.
